Now, Yelp is adding a new feature that will enable customers to search for businesses that offer gender-neutral restrooms.
In a blog post, the company said it would collect information from both customers and business owners in order to add a “Gender Neutral Restrooms” category to its listings.
Yelp defines these restrooms as locking, single-stall toilet facilities accessible to people of any gender.
The company hopes with the addition of this new business attribute it will help those in the LGBTQQIA community.
