Last season, Sharon Osbourne announced that she was leaving “America’s Got Talent” on NBC – and we finally have confirmation on her replacement. Mel B of the Spice Girls will sit alongside Howard Stern and Howie Mandel as judges on “America’s Got Talent”. Mel B previously judged on the Australian version of “The X Factor,” and hosted the British version – so she does have experience as a judge. There are still rumors that they might add a fourth judge as well.

Pictures of Prince Harry and his girlfriend have surfaced online - and we are learning a little more about the lucky girl. Her name is Cressida Bonas - and the two of them vacationed in Switzerland recenlty with some of Harry's family members. Must be nice to be dating a prince!

Lady Gaga had surgery yesterday to repair a tear in her right hip and because of her injury, she had to cancel the rest of her “Born This Way Ball” tour which still had around 22 shows left… But now, she might be facing huge costs for the canceled shows, because insurers might not pay out – Because they say, Lady Gaga was aware of her condition but didn't get any kind of help earlier. The cancelled shows will lead to nearly $30 million dollars in refunds – and that's not counting the losses from merchandise, food, beer and parking sales

Taylor Swift is on the receiving end of a multimillion-dollar lawsuit as well. She is being accused of taking a $2.5 million dollar advance fee to perform at a festival in Canada – and then kept the money after the show was cancelled. The ticket company is sewing her for breach of agreement because she didn’t schedule a new performance after the show was cancelled – and there is around $1.8 million dollars in canceled credit card billings after a ton of customers wanted refunds.

Yesterday we talked about how there were stories of Nick Lachey inappropriately “flirting” with a brunette at a party. Well the woman is now speaking out and shutting down all the rumors – saying she and Nick only had a quick meet and greet, a photo and absolutely nothing more. She said she is happily married and simply took a photo with Nick at a party. She told him she was huge fan of 98 degrees growing up and that he has a beautiful family.
