Meet Julie, our Vineal Vixen:

But most importantly, she’ll keep it interesting, light and fun for your drinking pleasure. Stay tuned as she helps you figure out what you like, where to find it, and what to pair it with. This newfound knowledge will give you that extra edge at the dinner table with friends, family or even on that hot date you have tonight. Check back every Wednesday to see what's new!

I had the pleasure of attending Media Day at Snow Summit this past weekend...my FIRST time snowboarding. And, of course, being a foodie...I was concerned about what the heck type of food is offered in the mountains! WELL, let me tell you, I had a SUPERB meal!
After hitting the slopes for what seemed like an eternity, my boyfriend and I decided to head down the hill to EAT! We found Slopeside pub eatery...not only did they have a full menu of delicious food...they had a bunch of beer on tap! Pizza, different types of burgers, HUGE hot dogs, chili fries, club sandwiches, veggie burgers...you name it, they had it!
Not only was I famished after all that exercise, but I needed a juicy burger in my face. We both decided to get 2 double double burgers with the WORKS!
My first experience in Big Bear was literally perfect. It was a nice day, I got some exercise in, I didnt get TOO scared going down those big hills, but most importantly, I was happy with the food on the mountain. NOTHING beats a refreshing beer with a huge burger to end a perfect day!
