It seems as though everyone this morning was as hyped about Justin Timberlake's Tweet as much as they were hyped about the elections...why? Because Justin Timberlake announcing he has new music coming out is THAT big of a deal. I mean, come on...it's JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE.

He released a video on his website (below) explaining "I'm the one who sits and is obsessive about it before you even get to hear it, as close as I get to it, I don't know that I could physically torture myself that much year in and year out, and expect it to fulfill me the way that it does."

It's obvious he is a perfectionist considering both his albums Justified (2002) and Future Sex/Love Sounds (2006) both went multiplatinum. Although he hasn't made an album recently he has been on some amazing collaborations with Nelly Furtado, Timbaland, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg and more. In his time off, Timberlake has also been producing and giving back to the community by putting on a yearly concert benefiting Shriners Hospitals for Children...oh and let's not forget his marriage to Jessica Biel.

And of course, besides music he has been in many major films the past couple years, Friends with Benefits, Trouble the with Curve, The Social Network, Bad Teacher...and let's not forget the HUGE impact he has had on SNL.

Timberlake concludes his video by stepping to a mic, he says, "I don't want to put anything out that I think is something I don't love. You just don't get that everyday, you have to wait for it ... I'm ready."

....After reading the news this morning, it brings me back to my freshman year of college, sitting in my Math class as I got a text alert on my phone about his Future Sex Love Sound Tour...and frantically trying to get front row seats on my laptop while "pretending" to pay attention to my teacher. (and $500 later, I scored my two front row seats. Who needs books anyways?) Ah, the good old days. Welcome back Justin.
