Proceeds will benefit the Dodgers Dream Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The development of the Dodgers Dream Foundation has helped us serve the Los Angeles community in a variety of ways. Structured to emulate the bases of a diamond in its areas of emphasis, the charitable engine focuses at first base on recreation, with the building of Dodgers Dreamfields the marquee example. At second base, we emphasize education by providing, among other things, scholarships to deserving students. Our signature project is the support of "Team 42," our roster of "Dodger Scholars," students who receive college scholarships from our annual donation to the Jackie Robinson Foundation. At third base, we focus on health. The Dodgers Dream Foundation supports a number of non-profit organizations that focus on different health issues, among them genetics, autism, juvenile diabetes, arthritis and heart disease. At home, we focus on programs to improve the environment. We "Think Blue, but Act Green."

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital opened in 1962 and was founded by the late entertainer Danny Thomas. Its mission is to find cures for children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.
- No family ever pays St. Jude for anything.
- The daily operating cost for St. Jude is $1.7 million, which is primarily covered by public contributions.
- St. Jude has developed protocols that have helped push overall survival rates for childhood cancers from less than 20 percent when the hospital opened in 1962 to 80 percent today
-And thanks to Scott Medlock for speaking on behalf of St. Jude's AND about this great event!
All proceeds of the tournament are to benifit the Midnight Mission to help provide food, clothing, and shelter to the homeless and nearhomeless community of Skid Row. The Midnight Mission offers a path to self-sufficiency to men, women andchildren who have lost everything.
