Happy New Year!!!!!!! Anyone else on a budget AND wanna eat healthy??? Sure, I shop at the big chain grocery stores...BUT my frugal Mom has gotten me TOTALLY into getting some good deals at the 99cent store...now when I go to my reg stores...its hard to see people sometimes paying 2 to 3 x as much on the same brands and quality a person can get at the 99c store YEAR ROUND...! Ok...here's my FAV thing I plan to have LOTS OF in 2013 and stick to it!! ;) Each item below sells for 99cents EACH...I can get atleast 2 salads out the spinach...and bought enough of the below items to essentially eat a salmon salad every day for the next week and 1/2 for a few bucks and YUMMY... ;)

(above) package of cherry tomatoes (even they have ALL KINDS)...they also have canned tuna but the packages salmon I found, is easier to take to work and less messy...

1 NICE size bags of raw carrot chips, bags of tasty croutons...
